If you're a new designer with a keen eye for detail, a thirst for knowledge, and a hunger for challenge, JLD i-Academy is now accepting applications for our Internship program. You will be asked to partner with design and graphics leadership to generate images for our features that are cohesive with our brand. This is not a paid internship but you will be happy to earn experience credit.

This would help students to discover their SWOT ability at their early age, as this will eradicate unemployment and boast of the country economy.
Responsibilities
Be proficient with using a computer connected to the internet.
Some creative skills (drawing, photography, sketching, etc.) are helpful and will definitely give you a better chance at becoming successful as a designer, but not really required.
A desire to learn design, whether for a career or for a fun- design is for everyone!
Collaborate closely with Design and Editorial teams to define, shape, and achieve a shared vision.
Materialize shared vision for educational design at JLD i-Academy.
Execute on images, shapes, and lines using a range of techniques.
Assist in the creation of sales marketing materials, including proposals, campaign posters, awareness flyers and other marketing tools.
Assist Art Director and Creative Director in building special feature pages for branded content campaigns on JLD i-Academy website.
Requirement
Working towards a degree in Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Interest in content designs, character designs, graphics design, photo collaging, and other art.
Attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Creative thinking, graphic design and typography skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and to adapt to change in a daily, unpredictable education environment.
Experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
Experience with Procreate, Sketch, and drawing.
Passion for social media and emerging technologies and platforms.
Collaborative and team oriented, but also capable of working independently.
Willing to take on new challenges and learn new skills.

Responsibilities
Raise funds for our cause and regularly meet or surpass fundraising targets
Research potential donors to gain insight into needs, beliefs and donation habits to understand how to position our organization to them
Assist in brainstorming and creating new methods to raise funds for our organization
Leverage technology and social media where possible to improve fundraising activities
Assist in planning and coordinating events meant to raise funds and coordinate activities of volunteers and interns related to event planning and execution
Create marketing materials, like flyers and brochures, to be used for the promotion of events and other fundraising pushes
Analyze the performance of events and other fundraising activities for effectiveness and to identify areas where money can be saved
Maintain complete and orderly records of donors and manage regular donor communications
Build upon existing donor relationships and form new donor relationships on a regular basis
Collaborate with other organizations and groups within the community to build partnerships and enhance fundraising activities
Requirement

Develop proposals to send to different organizations in order to solicit sponsorships
Draft contracts and research corporate projects through different media channels
Create and implement plans to attain sponsorships from different grant providers
Meet clients and explain to them the need for grants and their eventual benefits
Implement sponsorship strategies in order to maximize revenues
Ensure appropriate delivery of sponsorship programs at every level of the project
Seek new sponsors by taking referrals and searching for different avenues such as the web
Handle negotiations with sponsors and ensure that the agreement that has been reached is the closest to the objective of the plan
Plan, coordinate and implement program to bring together possible sponsors
Act as a liaison between sponsors and JLD i-Academy
Assist managers in order to ensure the efficacy of existing sponsorship programs
Ensure that are marketing activities aimed at acquiring and using grants are coordinated properly and are in sync with the program’s directives
Ensure that sponsors are integrated into as many aspects of promotional campaigns as possible
Ensure the delivery of agreed sponsor benefits successfully
Write and file sponsorship reports for the benefit of documentation and review
Create fundraising pages and ensure coordination of aspects
Seek in-kind support from different corporations and foundations
Develop appropriate correspondence such as proposals, thank you letters and program outcome information
Requirement
Experience and education in sales/sponsorship solicitation, and a can-do attitude!
Strong verbal, organizational and written communication skills
